The Replacements "Likely" Making Another Record

The Replacements
Last year, the Replacements reunited and have played a few of stand-alone shows and festivals since. And now, according to a story in Rolling Stone, founding members Paul Westerberg and Tommy Stinson might be making a new Replacements record. It would be the first studio album since 1990's All Shook Down.

Rolling Stone reports that "the Replacements say they'll likely make an album at some point in the future." Of the songs they've already written, the song titles include "Are You in It for the Money?" and "Dead Guitar Player".

According to Rolling Stone, the band has gotten closer together since their reunion. "I think we got to realize we might need each other a bit," Stinson said.
